Oil Drilling Use Coating Agent SHN-CA101

SHN-CA 101 is low molecular weight coating agents for deepwater applications.It is special polymers synthesized using acrylamide, cationic monomers, and other raw materials through a reverse suspension polymerization process. They can be used in deepwater cryogenic drilling fluid systems with high solid
content and high specific gravity.

• Improve drilling fluid rheology, have good carrying properties, and obtain the best cleaning effect.
• Prevent drill cuttings contact with water hydrone and prevent hydration,dispersion.
• Adsorbed onto the surface of drill cuttings by chemical bonds.
• Can be used in deepwater and low temperature conditions.
• Reducing water loss, improving flow pattern etc

• Can be used in deepwater cryogenic drilling fluid systems. 
• Can be used high solid content and high specific gravity.
• Suggest dosage ratio is 1%-1.5%.

The CA 101 Guidelines:

SHN-CA101 is recommened in low permeability soil to stabilize of the excavation and improve the settlement of drilled cuttings. dosage range between 1% to 1.5% by volume of water.if meet complex geological conditions,just increase dosage or ask technical support from local supplier.
